Payment Methods & Pricing Policy

We accept online payment via Credit Card. We also have Net 30 accounts available upon request and approval. All payments will be taken in US Dollars. There is a minimum order value of $50. Orders under $50 may incur a processing fee of $5.

CREDIT CARDS – We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not allow multiple credit card payments for web orders. We do not accept split credit card payments. Credit card pre-authorization for the order total occurs at the time the order is placed and your card is charged in full once it ships.

PURCHASE ORDERS – Purchase orders may be placed over the phone, by fax, email or online. Purchase orders placed by non-established customers will be forwarded to our Customer Service department for screening and verification of funds necessary to fulfill the order.

WIRE TRANSFERS – You may place an order by phone, email or fax and pay via wire transfer. Our bank information is available upon request. Additional bank fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the customer & our order number must be noted on the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of the funds to your transaction.

CHECK & MONEY ORDERS – We accept payment by check and money order for orders. These orders will not be shipped until your check or money order has cleared the bank for the full amount of your order including any taxes and shipping charges.

Prices quoted by Hutchins & Hutchins, Inc. are subject to change without notice at any time and from time to time. All orders will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is processed or per contractual agreement; this includes any applicable taxes. An item in your shopping cart does not guarantee the listed price. Hutchins & Hutchins, Inc. does not assume fault or responsibility for any prices changes made before an order is placed. Final confirmation is requested as part of the ordering process, all prices shown during this step are final, and it is your responsibility to check your order.


Discounts may be given on products meeting minimum ordering requirements. Refer to contractual agreement, if applicable.


Terms of payment will be according to those on file at the time the account is established. Failure to pay according to the terms in effect will result in a late payment charge of 2% monthly. All orders outside of the USA will be wire transfer payment only.


Invoice terms (when applicable) are net 30 days. Any invoices over 30 days will be subject to a late fee. Any account over 90 days automatically goes to collections, and will be out of Hutchins & Hutchins, Inc. control. Warning – all IP addresses are logged, and all fraudulent activity is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
